GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms AXISLib-CL Signal and Vector Processing Library is designed for developers of military and aerospace applications such as radar, sonar and signal intelligence, but also applicable to any industry - such as medical imaging - where rapid development of sophisticated digital signal and image processing applications is a requirement. AXISLib-CL is designed to dramatically speed and simplify the creation and debugging of sophisticated digital signal processing (DSP) applications.

AXISLib-CL extends its capabilities by providing platform-independent DSP and mathematical functions. This allows developers to begin work on application software ahead of the identification, testing and procurement of the target hardware platform, substantially reducing time to deployment.

AXISLib-CL is a linkable software library, allowing customers to build DSP and vector math algorithms from a suite of library functions, and runs on a range of processors including those from Freescale and Intel. This allows users to easily move applications to the latest CPU architectures to achieve the new levels of performance required to meet the challenges of expanding operational demands. Because it provides application portability between platforms and consistency across data types, processors and vendor implementations, engineering development is accelerated and new technology insertion made easier.
