- The FS4410 Serial Rapid IO (SRIO) Protocol Analysis Probe is a low-cost Agilent logic analyzer analysis probe capable of non-intrusively probing a SRIO bus at a serial data rate of up to 3.125 Gbps. The FS4410 connects to the system under test with either a full-size or half-size mid-bus probe that monitor bus traffic in real time. Protocol decode software is included to decode and display incoming data using an Agilent logic analyzer.
With the FS4410, various combinations of x1 and x4 lane footprints can be probed at all locations.
