Description:: Capture 1x or 4x SRIO Rx and Tx traffic at up to 3.125-Gbaud using NEX-SRIO and a Tektronix logic analyzer.

NEX-SRIO consists of a hardware preprocessor box, setup software and TLA disassembly software. NEX-SRIO can capture two datapaths (usually one transmit and one receive) running at 1.25-, 2.5-, or 3.125-Gbps in 1x or 4x Mode.

Additional features include: 8b/10b decoding, packet decoding, equalization settings, flexible synchronization & alignment settings, correlation with data from other TLA acquisition modules, midbus probing options as well as single-channel probing for targets without standard probe footprints.
