Description:: The BSW-201 Switch Blade is the heart of the Ensemble ATCA Platform. This ATCA fabric and base switch blade provides the RapidIO fabric interface for ATCA systems with up to 14 slots, while also supporting 21 channels of Gigabit Ethernet communications via a GigE switch. The BSW-201 features two AMC sites, each supporting dual 4x RapidIO connections and Gigabit Ethernet base fabric interconnect. The onboard MPC8548 PowerQUICC host controller is connected to both the RapidIO and the GigE switch.
