Description:
Serial RapidIO (sRIO) has become the standard in wireless infrastructure, video imaging, medical, and military applications where there is a requirement for cost effective, off-the-shelf solutions that provide high-performance switching between endpoint devices and translation between interfaces. IDT offers several Serial RapidIO switches: pre-processing switch (PPS), PPS Gen 2, the central packet switches (CPS-16/12/8) and CPS-10/6Q, enabling designers to choose the combination of port count, performance and functionality most pertinent to their system design.
