Jennic is a UK based company that provides system level intellectual property (IP) and semiconductor design services to companies creating products, based around ASICs, ASSPs and FPGAs, for the broadband communications market.

Using these capabilities we work with customers in a variety of ways:

* Assisting in cost reduction and product enhancement exercises
* Overcoming resource and capability shortfalls across the design process

Our IP product range falls into four categories:
* Line Card Connectivity Solutions (Rapid IO, SPI-4.2 (inc NPSI), SPI-5, SFI-5, XAUI, POS-Phy and Utopia etc)
* Intelligent Physical Layer Framers (SONET, SDH and Optical Transport Networks etc)
* Bus bridging applications (Packet Bridge Multiplexors and Packet Buffers)
* Hardware Accelerators (ATM SARs, AES Encryption engines etc)

We provide a complete semiconductor design service to take designs from specification, through digital and mixed signal design and SoC physical implementation, to signoff to the foundry.
