New Auditing Participation Class Added The RapidIO Trade Association Steering Committee has approved the creation of an auditing participation class that will allow more companies to participate in the RapidIO Trade Association. Auditing participation provides access to unpublished specifications, white papers, bulletin boards and meeting minutes. Auditing participation is a good choice for companies desiring to stay abreast of RapidIO develop, but who are not directly developing RapidIO technology themselves. For example, board-level product vendors, backplane vendors and small embedded systems vendors, may choose auditing participation as the mechanism to keep up to date with the latest developments in the RapidIO community.
